Installation Info
1. Drill or punch one hole in door or panel as
shown.
2. Insert fastener prongs through hole and into
slots in pawl. Note: Pawl may be oriented in any 90° position to suit your application.
3. Trim washer (see illustration) is supplied
with handle and ring styles only, and its use with these styles, while recommended,
is optional.
4. Fastener prongs should then be spread and staked
sufficiently to provide a snug assembly. Pliers may be used to twist the prongs
provided they are given sufficient set to prevent loosening.

PAWL: 1010 Steel, zinc plate, chromate plus sealer.
Ring Type:
RING and WASHER: Steel, zinc plated plus bright
chromate dip.
YOKE: 1010 Steel, zinc plated plus bright chromate
dip.
Handle Type A and B:
HANDLE: 1010 Steel, zinc plate, chromate plus sealer.
WASHER: Steel, zinc plated plus bright chromate
dip.
Flush Type:
SLOTTED HEAD: 1010 Steel, zinc plated plus bright
chromate dip.
